Where the fuck was Rumpspankers?

 I’m covering two (2) songs for AR-7 of the Phenomenauts for his other band, Blammos. They are filming a documentary of themselves and will be doing a West Coast tour to promote.

New Apartment. New Wishlist.

Okay gang, I received “glowing” reviews, references, whatever. And this lady/woman/thingy is moving into a teeny, tiny studio in NW Portland.

It’s ultra cute for the following reasons:

• built in 1915
• new period (black and white) tile in the kitchen and bathroom
• dishwasher
• claw foot tub
• washer / dryer
• HUGE walk-in closet
• fireplace
• Ultra clean
• Pretty green walls
• Storage downstairs
• view of the Fremont Bridge 
• 10 min walking distance to my office
• 5 min away from the sister
• Mission Theatre is 2 blocks away. I know, I know. It’s not the best and I truly hate fucking mcmenamins, but whatever. I also have Cinema 21 6 blocks away. 
• Hardwood floors
• Windows. Windows. Windows. 
• Landlord lives in California
• Mine, Mine, Mine, Mine, Mine
